One of my friend April end got interview ( no red flag) n another one got ppr already

i had applied in November last year (2016)
I have received email from Delhi Immigration- its an acknowledgement that they have received my application & have asked to submit landing fee if not & police clearance if not given which i have already provided in the beginning of application it self. How much more time will they take to process & for ppr

I mean really it is possible, like i am april applicant so they are planning to take my interview too??

Well don't know actually and I think it is a part of process,(checking whether you need the interview or not )and even we don't have any red flags so let's see what will come next

But my husband visited to me in august again after our marriage and that time only i got call frm ndvo for general inqury and she talked to my husband . also after that we mailed our photos our trip photos and boarding pass and everything..now lets see what happens..

I think they busy in completing 2015 files..all backlogs..

i also think same...
they are busy with backlogs now....
so they are picking 2016 files randomly....
before they were working systematically(as observed from so many months... )
in 2016 they were soo fast in mid ...that so many lucky people got PPR in just 3-4 months also...as one of my friend who applied in april 2016 got PPR in august 2016...

Other reason may be many employees took off on new year ewe and now they are working too slow....donno....

Ndvo just called my spouse in india saying that they are ready to issue visa and asked if she would be able to come to canada before feb 15 as her medical expires that day. My wife replied yes and he said he will call her back in some time.

remaning April may applicants will get PPR soon as processing cant get longer than 12 months...

That's great news. I hope they call to all applicants whose medical is about to finish. In that way, it will help to move forward fast.
