I would start with an invitation letter first from your sister in law specifically drafted for you. Then your husbands letter of invite for you stating the nature of the event and that you wont over stay your visit, financially you will be his responsibility and a proof of medical insurance for the trip for the length of your stay.sid19 said:Hi friends ....i've a question regarding applying for trv...my husband is in canada nd we have applied for spousal application in august 2016 . So now my sis-in-law's wedding is on March 3,2017 in canada and i want to apply for trv . I'm currently non-working and do not have any property under my name . As all of my in-laws r in canada nd m staying with my parents . So what all i can send with the application to make it strong enough to prove the genuine reason to give me trv . I know i can attach the wedding invitation nd hall bookings. What else can we attach with the application ??
Thanks
That's correct, you are a June 1st applicant. Notes will not have an impact on your case, in my understanding. I am sure there was nothing important which you found out.Nitulapointe said:I still get confused as to what should I consider the Application date to be?? the date I send the file or the date they received it.
I sent my application on May 26th.. that makes me a May applicant.. but they received it on 1st June and it makes me a June Applicant....
whatever the case, I still haven't heard anything from NDVO since August 8th.
Not sure if it was a good idea to apply for notes...
Hope to hear some good news in January..
Congratulations!! Have a happy married life!!deepax said:I'll summarize my complete timeline here since we are done with the process. I'll add PR card receipt date when we get it:

Thanks ....if we attach a letter from mp as a guarntor will it help ?? And do these invitation letters need to be notarized if not then is there any format these can be written ?dumdumhogayamein said:I would start with an invitation letter first from your sister in law specifically drafted for you. Add his bank statements, job letter, pay stubs and ofcourse anything else which they ask for.
Since you don't have anything to show for in India, all the best and hopefully they over look it.
MP as in Member of Parliament, sure thing do attach it. Mine denied me giving the letter, surely it will help as the entire responsibility falls on the MP now.sid19 said:Thanks ....if we attach a letter from mp as a guarntor will it help ??
