Hi there.
There is a forum particularly for helping people going for interview. Please check that one. It has so much resources in it.
In my opinion she or he must carry copies of every documents submitted along with the copy of submited application.
Basically the person must have proof to prove that the marriage is legitimate.
May I ask you if the person had been on a visit visa in Canada during marriage.
And if the marriage happened in Canada, did the person mention the intention of visit at the landing.

The marriage was performed in India during India visit of husband. Wife has never visited Canada. Looking for specific answers for the questions.

is it 100% sure that after decision made they give PPR for sure????

This is the logic I learned from Eagle 333. The officer at the local go doesn't take any decision by oneself.
He is in continued communication with the officer at CPC Mississauga or the other CPC Canada.
So when the officer reaches a final decision on the application he contacts the officer at CPC for his approval was well to conclude the decision made step.
So in my opinion DM use 100% final decision with all the positive DM.
And no visa office can give anyone a negative final decision on spouse sponsorship without giving the opportunity to prove their side by means of additional documents, interview etc.

Please make sure husband also attend the interview. Do not send her alone for interview.i have seen rejections on such stright cases with exact same scnaro of how the arrange marriage is performed.
If rejected it is nightmare for girl family.
I am sure others will link u to right interview tips.
Few my suggestions.

They will ask for who attend the marriage. Typically if husband siblings and thier better half did not attend the marriage or ur relative girl sibling and thier better half did not attend marriage. Be perpare to give answers.
Try link fincial tractions like insurance common bank account between husband wife.

Best is rather must is that husband too come to attend intervuew

Suggest you to do MP enquiry ASAP to make sure that PPR email was not lost.
You need to submit PP within a month of PPR request
