Huh? I only have one application in process and that is for spousal sponsor. I have neveer submitted parents sponsorship app.

Thank you! I got the same email (well my husband did). Good to know I'm not the only one. I'm as surprised as I know they don't email from personal emails.

Ofcourse you can get emails from people who work at NDVO but this is not a personal email, please check your initial query HandM082516, Name@cic gc ca IS NOT A PERSONAL EMAIL. Its an official email. You had specifically asked about personal emails.

Email it to NDVO and Mississauga and use the case specific query and update i there. (From previous responses)

I would say after 15 January 2016. There are May 11th to 31 are till in queue for BG and PPR..

Hang in there, we are all praying to enter the June 2016 BG and PPR...
