Hi guys I'm a silent viewer of this forum. My wife just got her interview done at NDVO on Nov 30,2016. It went alright but when she came out of the office she said she don't think that they r satisfied because the visa officer has said that you don't have enough supporting docs. And they told her that they will let her know in couple of days by sending an email. We didn't get any email so far but when I check my status online it says background check in process and schedule an interview "complete"

What's does this means please help. Thanks

Awww Is yours a special case? Second marriage or a lot of age difference. What's your timeline?

First marriage and less than 3 years difference.
I'm January 2016 applicant. They starting working on my file on March 8. Medical is expiring on Dec 10,2016. I don't know to do and what's going on

Is yours a full traditional wedding with marriage, reception, engagement and also did you attached honeymoon picks including religious rituals ?

Everything happened so fast but I do have wedding pics and a lot other proofs like marriage certificate, certificate from Gurudwara Sahib and reception pics. But it was a small reception. Also I didn't visit India this year because of my work. It's a genuine marriage. I only had a month to do all the arrangements. It's a love arrange marriage. I call her 2-3 times a week but still they think it's not enough. I m always busy with my work and living alone is not that easy.

but given all that u have background check is in progress thats a good sign. they wouldnt be doing background check with they not being satisfied about eligibility

I have the same thing. Everything happened very fast.I have arrange marriage and it happened within 11 days after first meeting. No engagement and no reception.
