Hey really important question folks. My wife is flying to canada as she just received her PR and I wanted to know if it is a requirement that she buys health insurance? I have found some topics where people were saying in 2015 that they wont let you enter canada without the health insurance? is that true?

No she doesn't have to buy any health insurance. PR means she is a Canadian

I will recommend to visit CIC website for do s and donts before coming to Canada.
Insurance is optional but it's highly recommend

Seems lyk i m only left in 25 april applicants. All are getting updates

I am April 25th applicant as well with no update . My Ecas still shows in-process with two lines only. My aor2 was June 16. Not sure what is NDVO doing with my file. They have approved my TRV on Nov 16 for multiple entry, but not sure what is happening with PR file. I have lawyers so I can't see My CIC.

Same here. I too can't c my updated bcs of lawyer involvement.but today dey updated on my cic dat medical results have been received. Earlier dere were two lines only. I have sent dem medical in june. But dey updated today. Dn know is it positive or negative sign

Congratulations to you!!! Yes, keeping my fingers and toes crossed that they clear our file in coming week. It's so stressful to see people after us got DM and we have not received any update. Not that I am not happy for them. We are all in the same boat so it's all good!
