Sponsor application-in progress
permanent resident application status- Decision made

Seems like its an error. U should get SA decision made first which simply means sponsor's eligibility has been approved to sponsor the PA (permanent residence applicant)
Next step is in new delhi office when PA side is assessed.

You may want to call NDVO or cic to confirm the same.

In your case PA side is decision made already and sponsor side in process.

If not an error could be a new way of processing files. Lets c

Yeah that's the only reason I didn't react
But I am really keen to know what is this exactly.
Why am I getting permanent application status DECISION MADE already.

I am a sponsor. I tried to link my account. Should i use my name or UCI or the spouse name and UCI.
they ask u passport number, whose passort number, spouse or mine?
i am finding it hard to link..tried many times.....

I had trouble linking my app until I tried this combination:
All caps locks first and last name only, leave uci and app blank.
Enter city of birth and country also in capslock. Lastly, enter 2 in number of applicants.
Make sure you're entering ing PA's information exactly as submitted to them.

Hey really important question folks. My wife is flying to canada as she just received her PR and I wanted to know if it is a requirement that she buys health insurance? I have found some topics where people were saying in 2015 that they wont let you enter canada without the health insurance? is that true?
