I am going to apply trv today ,see what the hell is going on my wife BG check in process from October/13/2016 until today.

She is in canada on TRV right now. We have received gcms notes which were created on October 19th and everything looks normal.

No additional docs request has been sent from their side.

This is so depressing to see your file moving a step forward and then taking few steps back.

Another applicant whose wife was on TRV in Canada had the same thing happen to them.That may be reason why it went into not needed at this time. If your wife had gotten TRV then she's already been vetted against the database search so it may not be needed since it's already been checked. You will get PPR soon

Hey is your wife is receiving e-mails like aoe 2 or BG check inprocess emails..because may be they have sent you the ppr email but for some reason you may not have got it ..

So I applied for my wife's sponsorship in March,2016 and yesterday I got an email asking for my passport to be submitted. Thumbs up for that. Now I have few complications to be dealt with before further process and i need your help for that. I have been told by friends that the duration for the visa would be till the medical expires which is dated on Feb 12, 2016 so it ll expire in Feb. Now my brother is getting married in India in March,2017 so, to keep it short, I want her to come to India after the marriage with me. What options do I have now?

u need to land before the expiry of one time visa which is stamped in the passport as per my knowledge

I have a question. When sending picture for TRV, according to instructions the max. size of the face in the picture should be 36 mm. but my picture has 38 mm so is it acceptable or will I have to get the picture developed again? Thanks

First of all, Thank you all for your valuable comments, wishes and suggestions. Okay so I gave my mind a run for options and thoughts. Please give your feedback on this. If my wife gets her medical done once again and she sends the medical copy along with the passport she s gonna send to NDVo for visa, would that sort my problem out? What complications could I face this way? Awaiting your kind response.
Few things I already know : I know that she ll have to land in canada before visa expiry
I know that travel document is an option
I know that visa will be issued only till the expiry of medical done. Thanks

We received null **** application for permanent residence on ***
We started processing **** application on ****
Medical results have been received.

I assume it should show decision made or any further status. Is it ok or should I worry about it?
