Buddy your UCI and Application number doesn't change.
You question is a good question though how to get UCI number if you don't receive AOR2.

It must be there in the email you have received from Delhi office in the form of "acknowledgment of receipt", these two things are mentioned in the starting of that email. both application number and UCI.

That's his point he didn't receive AOR2. I didn't receive it either and my file was transferred there on august 26. Either that or my lawyer hasn't gotten around to sending it to me yet.
