my file is in the same status since Jun 2016. and still in the same status. sorry I am not trying to disappoint you but just giving you what my status shows.
yours are 3 months, some I have seen gone through quicker. everyone is different case. I hope you get your soon and mine too..

I understand that, however, the only thing that is getting me even more upset is that I am not sure to try TRV. As I explained earlier that I do not have enough funds or proofs to show my ties in India. I moved back to India for my Indian wedding, hoping to go back asap. But that never happened.
Rest, we all can just pray.

I submitted application on 28 april and it was to delhi on 26 july. After 3 months and since that time its just showing checking eligibility process. Don't even know wat to do. And i see people receiving pr who applied around same time( congrats to them).

Hey folks is it necessary to see your spouse within a year if PR is not done within a year. I got married on 17 Feb 2016. I am concerned now do I have to go back to India by Feb. I recently got job and they are not allowing me any vacations.

No, its not a condition. That is totally your decision.

You can still apply for TRV. Not a big deal.
All you need to prove is you leave Canada at the end of TRV duration.

Wat is the trv success rate and is it worth trying?

So happy to see all of the pprs. Congrats to you all!
Hope NDVO starts picking up May and June files soon! :)

I have heard from some of my friends that if husband and wife don't Meet for one year period after their marriage, then according to some Canadian law that marriage is disqualified. Is that true. If somebody can put light on it..

If you are too much worried for that. Get her on trv.
The best way to show dependency to India is to purchase a piece of land in India on her name only

It depends on several factors :

1. Your/spouse's ties to back home and status.
2. Spousal PR's status.
3. Purpose of Visit and other documentation.

But now a days the success rate is high, as per the fellow members updates.

Wrong...that is the base to file divorce in family court.

Anyone has update on this please? Please update status for july 2016 applicant.
So far sponsor approval done and file transferred to delhi. please reply.
Do you know when she will get her UCI?

have some patience my friend. it will take some time unless your file becomes a wild card and it gets through quicker.
no one knows the exact process the NDVO following so we wont be able to tell you how long will it take.

we all follow everyone with their status to know how soon we will get it but it is also not in order. all over the place.
some lucky ones got their PR withing 3-4 months.
some are still waiting over 17 months.
