yes it is worrying that they have not touched any file after April 18. I hope they buckle up process pending files soon. other VO's are really working very fast

They still have not touched many files from January Feb and March! So I hope they do those before going on to post 18 April files!

My husbands application is 15 January and still nothing changed since it arrived in NDVO in march. Except that we just got re-medical request. But background check and decision and interview all say not started / not needed at this time. And eligibility still says in process. Not sure if the re-medical means his file has finally been started to be looked at or not. Some say yes but could the re-medical just be an automated thing?

It should be very easy for your husband to get tourist visa since he's in Europe.

i thought the same, we applied one time before applying for the sponsorship file and they refused it cuz they didnt believe he will return back that time he was in norway and his norway visa was going to expire in 6 months maybe thats why, but now his visa extended until 2019 in poland.

it's been exactly 3 months now that my file reached NDVO and says "eligibility in progress".
Its so frustrating for someone like me who can not even decide if I should go for TRV or not.
My husband isn't working as he got injured while on work.
The only tie that I can show to my home country is that fact that I have a job with MNC. I do not own anything. I live here with my Parents
I guess I made the worst decision of my life by coming back to India after I got married in Canada.

You can Apply for TRV.

Congragulations rashu!

My Background check is "in progress" since Nov 2. I noticed today my PR side in E-Cas changed to "Decision Made".

Best Wishes to everyone.
