It seems NDVO is on visitor visa files only at the moment. The processing time for visitor visa is reduced to 35 days from 37.

I Have a query

My permanent residence application is "in process".
i am approved as sponsor came to know through call to cic.
but still no formal SA mail.
is it possible not to get SA?

I was approved as a sponsor on August 10 th and I got the email on September 8th. I called a couple of times to see what was going on and the only answer they had was that they haven't gotten to sending the email yet. So don't worry you will eventually receive it.

I called them a couple of times. but they never seem to have a proper answer. But I did eventually receive the SA email from them in September. I never did receive AOR 2 but my file has been processing in NDVO as of August 26 th.

Still it says eligibilty check in process even after almost 3 months of AOR2

SA approved email usually goes to the sponsor and not the applicant or the email provided on the SA files. It will also show up on "Check status application by using the SA details like Application number, Sponsors last name, Sponsors DOB on file

See thats something no one has answer to on this forum, i have asking as to how long does the Eligibility check stays "in process" mode. I am also not seeing any movement at this stage of eligibility check.

definitely (jan feb march april) 2016 are the luckiest applicants. They got approved in 4.5 months or less. Again not all jan feb march april got dm and ppr. I wish they get dm and ppr soon.

for may 2016 applicants it's already 5 months passed and not even started.
