I just received an email from New Delhi High Commission for an interview for my application. I am currently living in Canada with my spouse, I just wanted to know if there is any way I would be able to do the interview in Canada or by phone?

I have applied from Canada to Indian embassy for my sponsorship application on Feb,10 2015 because of the processing time benefit.
They started processing my application on April 20th, 2015
My sponsor was approved, I have also paid my right of permanent resident fee.
I just received an email yesterday that I have to go for an interview for my application in New Delhi.
But I currently live and work in Canada, So I was wondering is there any way that they can arrange the interview in Canada or by Phone.

should i apply for trv too?? is there any chances of getting visa this year for 25 april applicant?
Actually m planning to give my exam in canada but fed up with this process and cant even concentrate on my study

Hey if you are planning to give your exam in Canada.. That should be a good enough reason for CIC to give you a TRV. Just show them the dates you are planing to take exams.

Curious to know "is it interview will be done by visa office ( specially ND VO)if there is second marriage? Please share experience on it if someone came across this situation and cleared it without and /or with interview?

There have been many cases where CIC missed to send PPRs after DM. So, I suggest you contact your MP and find out why you have not got your PPR.
They can force CIC to send it again

hi,but my sponsor and me both r in india now and also don't know how to do MP enquiry. I'm 29 march 2016 aplicant and DM on 7 September in applicant side and sponsor side two boxes first DM and 2nd PR application in process.
i seen some files of jan feb and march 2016 processed very fast and got visa's in may 2016,just in 3 or 4 months and left files a long waiting of 8, 9 and 10 months and stil not ppr, why ?? don't know the way of working of ndvo.families are dying to live apart. :-[

Hi guys i am new in this forum .i am 28 july 2016 applicant i have a question reagarding my file .imy representative marked no for refusal visa in application but i was refused two time for visitor visa for usa n canada .while i wAs reviewing my application i noticed this mistake 3 days ago now i have sent the form to new delhi with a correction .what do you think does it gonna affect my spouse visa application processing?pls reply i am so worried.my consultant told me for misrepresentation they can ban you for 5 years

Since you have sent a notification to them, it should be okay. Just wait for their response.....

No there is no way you have to go India for ur Interview.

Create a CIC account for your wife and apply through that. Also attach your current PR application to her CIC account

That's awesome buddy.. Keep me posted how your TRV goes. I am planning for the same but not sure whether to go for it on not. Have been rejected twice before. But those were prior to apply PR.

I applied for PR in 15th March 2016.. still i didnt hear anything from NDVO. Then now i decide to apply for TRV. not a single option.

Anyone from March who are still waiting..? what they are doing with our files...? Going crazzy....tired from long distance..
