Hope to get ppr tomorrow...almost a month since i got desiion made...so heartbreaking....god please help us out

4 weeks is sounds really odd. Its possible that your PPR might be lost in transit. PPR usually comes with the timeline to respond. So, I would highly recommend you reach out to your local MP and inform CIC that you haven't received the PPR letter ASAP.

My wife is from Bangalore. In the passport request email she got today, it mentions about submitting the passport to one of the VFS offices using passport transmission services. I don't see any VFS offices in Bangalore as per the link they sent in the email.
Question: Where does she need to submit the passport now? Nearest VFS office (i.e Chennai?)? And she should courier to the chennai VFS office? Or are there any other ways that she can submit directly to New Delhi or Bangalore Visa office?

Bangalore does have VFS SERVICE !!
Check online , you'll find all the offices listed in India

I would recommend to order notes and also did u get background check in progress before u got Decision Made. Are you in India and from how long r u citizen or permanent resident ?

Yes... go with latest passport and two photos as per their specifications and of course the ppr email.
They will give a form to complete and yes the fee that has to be paid over der only.!

that is the saddest part! i happen to fall in that window too.

hey i think most of jan feb applicant got visa like 80% done nd 20% left according dis forum nd march 50% done i hope rest of jan feb march applicant clear end of dis month or in November finger crossed.

I mean do they have photo studio service in their office too?
It looks like they do. Last time (while submitting the application), my wife had to go through 4 different studios to get the PR photos, as their specifications were hard enough for some studios.

I am wondering my wife can go directly to the VFS office, with the letter and passport and use their photo studio services too, so she does not have to find/roam-around to find a good photo studio for taking PR photos.

How come April 20 applicants are not getting any updates ? So much frustrating this stuff
