Did you get PPR through post or email? You mentioned "Ppr on 19 sep but I received on 26 sep", so confused..Is it because you did not provide your email while applying?

Once you will link, instructions clearly specify-All updates will be sent to the e-mail id provided.

Too many questions and arguments regarding linking an application when u have a representative. Dont believe me read what cic says below ty
Why was I locked out when I tried to link my application?
There could be a few reasons why you were unable to link your application.

You entered information that is different from what you submitted on your application

The information you enter to link your application must match what you had on your application when you submitted it. If you updated information after you submitted your application, enter the most recent information we would have on file.

You can try to link an application five times. If you are unsuccessful after five attempts, you will be locked out for 24 hours.

An immigration representative is handling your file.

If you have hired a representative, only the representative can access the application status through the Authorized Paid Representatives Portal. You must remove the representative from your file to link your application.

Upload the Use of a Representative (IMM 5476) form to your account, with “cancelling the appointment of a representative” selected on the form. Once we check the form, you will be able to access information about your application.

Also, when we check our status online through-Check my application status, we are provided the link too to link our application above the status table itself.
Clicking that particular link also, one gets redirected to the linking page only.

Possibility, but not always the case.
I have linked my application through GC Key.

So my lawyer told me if I removed her to link my application it would cause a lot of problems at the end. And to Be honest I don't want any more problems while dealing with Canadian immigration. Above reasons are correct and in order to properly link your account while having a representative is to remove the representative completely from your case. I would say to talk to ur representative first and get their opinion on it.

Its not about straight forward cases....don't know about their exact criteria...how they are picking the files...I am Jan 2016 applicant....straight forward case....didn't heard anything back after AOR2.....I applied for TRV online in August last and got it approved in 7 days...no one exactly knows about their criteria

hello! read that you got visit visa. could you tell me a bit more about it. i am thinking to apply for visit visa for my husband, for july, if we havent heard back about his application. July is my sisters wedding so would like my husband to be there. how long did they give you visa for?

My wife got a visa for 9 years as her passport is expiring in 2025 up to the passport expiry date...Its multiple entry....you have a very good reason to apply for visitor visa...I can say go for it....I applied online....explain everything in detail and provide all the proof of what you are explaining in invitation letter and purpose of Travel.....I think so it all depends on how you prepare your application.....My wife is not working and I didn't showed any income or bank account from her side...still it get approved...but I cover all this up with my job and my savings....that was the only weak point in my application....but in the end things went well in my favor.....
