Hi Friends

I am new to this thread of sponsorship as I was trying to bring my wife to Canada on visitor and planned to apply PR from Canada. But it did not work as visitor visa rejected because of no strong reason to going back to India.

Now I am applying for PR for my wife and will be submitting documents next week to CPC-M. Can you guys please have your inputs when can
I apply for visitor visa for her? (after sponsors assessment at CPC-M or her application reach to NDVO)

file applied on 21 march ...reached india on 2 may ...after that nothing

No we don't we only get call from Ndvo only for any phone interview or they need any other information.

Me and my wife (Canadian citizen) got married last year in April but could not get our marriage registered at that time. We are planning to get it registered this month. Shall we do that as next step would be spousal visa application? Would there be any issue with spousal visa application due to this gap?

So if you are doing outland then check the link below it had forms for both sponsor and principal applicant.

Once you filled your application you need to send it to mississauga office for sponsor eligibility review . Where you will received file no and then sponsorship approval.

After that file will be transfered to New Delhi office for PA eligibility. Later on all communication goes to principal applicant in India.

Answer is no and u need to take off ur representative to link it

We have representative and I have also linked the application to the CIC account.
No need to take off the representative to link it.
It can be linked easily.

We tried doing it with sign in partners..
it shows found the application but cant link coz it associates with representative..
we sign in with sign in partners may be if we Sign with GC Key does it make difference??
