I applied: June 2013, rejected 2014, Appeal won in May2016 and PCC medical submitted in June 2016, now waiting for PPR

Got AOR 2 on june 7 asking for RPRF and PCC and it took us 1 month to submit PCC, I think file is stuck

any assumptions by experienced members as to what kind of delay it will cause?
