Lol...but the way ndvo is processing back log should be cleared by end of this year..immigratio minister has said that they are going to introduce major change in immigration law in this fall to reduce processing time..they have also increased the spousal sponsorship cap by 14000...

No I don't think there's any way you can notify. If you have received a remedical request you can get it done right away in a CIC approved hospital. Once you get it done, your job's over.
