Hi Guys,

I am Feb applicant, I applied on Feb 2nd. I got remedical request today

It is because u had done your medical on 07-10-2015 (as per your profile status). Now, your medical is about to expire. So, u might have got remedical req. As soon as u send your medical, you will get a good news.

As I can see there are two groups of visa officer one group working on regular application and they cleared the applications till July 2015 only few are left with interview and bg check and other group is working on straightforward cases they have started from sept 2015 and reached to 14th April 2016 and will continue to approve till 13 th June 2016 as part of reducing back log on fast track and again return back for regular application this will eventually reduce the processing time...just an assumption on observing the trend...there are not many applicants of sep Oct Nov Dec 2015 so hope that all the Jan Feb March 2016 applicant who are left will also get the good news soon..

And medical results have been passed.
I wish it is Aor2. Hope to get ecas update soon.

Are you sure Your medical have been passed? you are August 16 applicant.
Your Ecas shows this info? Generally doesn't it state that "medicals have been received" when it says on mycic "passed".

Whn my husband applied for me my passport was with surname Sandhu.In june i got new passport with surname Grewal as my husband's.
I got ppr on 11 sep on name of ja... Sandhu thn i submitted my passports on 16 sep
Today is 28 but i m still waiting my passport with visa.
Can anyone suggest me wat to do???

I think our cases will be treated as regular case but hopefully our application also gonna processed fast because very less applicants are left in 2015 and also they have reached April for 2016 so they will also come back to process remaimg regular files of 2016.. Finger cross ..

I think so they have said applications till 13th June will only be considered as a part of backlog reduction...but you never know..

No i didn't submit my new passport details.
I got ppr on name of Sandhu as my previous pp details.

I am sure we need to inform NDVO once we change our name on passport..
i am not sure that d delay of your passport stamping is because of that or not..
you can inquire more on it n plz let us know..

Yeah we do share same time line..I have linked my application to online account it shows medical passed but back ground check still not started ..thinking about applying for notes in weekend...its quite frustrating.. But can't do anything except waiting..

you should have informed the ndvo in advance of any change through case specific inquiry
Now, do it .
may be some senior member guide u better
or go to vo/ call call centre to avoid misrepresentation
