backlog means files that havent finalized within a certain time limit/ processing time

It is not about English, It is about the country he is living and he said he like lifestyle of Canada and in second hand saying that it is not good for his children. Dose not make any sense.

Remember this day you tell me after 10 years from now on, children's they will get good liveing in canada, not for you when you get aged, you have to change for them.

well everyone has a different perspective
but what i think is that kids wont be able to adjust in canadian life style if they grew up in india and its totally up to us how we raise our children in canada
one of my friend sent her baby girl to india after she was born in canada and when she came back once she turned 7 she couldnt recognize her parents as she grew up with her grandparents
