Hi guys,

We just received an e-mail from NDVO this morning, asking to pay Right of Permanent Residence Fee. They've said that they need it in order to continue processing the application. That's the same as a landing fee, right? I enclosed the receipt of payment with the original package and now they're asking for it again. Can I just submit the PDF of the receipt? Please advise.

Just reply back with the pdf and also you may have received it in your myCIC account. you can attach this pdf there also if they allow. Can you please share your timeline please? this well I am sure you will hear good news.

Can you please share what you see when you follow below steps after logging into MyCIC?

Click on Check Status and messages
then go to View Submitted Application

Do you see Anything in Fees section? Do you see the total amount you paid for fees?

I cannot see anything in mine. It shows 0 in Total Price.
