I am seeking help on an issue with my PR application as we just notice that on our marriage certificate my date of birth has typed wrongly by the gov. officials (instead of month of 11, it showing the month as 9). It was issued on January 2009. however, we haven't hear anything from NDVO about this error. We are correcting the marriage certificate from the registrar office here in india. Once the correction made, should we sent the marriage certificate to NDVO? or should we just wait for NDVO for any request/decision. appreciate any advise from senior members.

i had issues with it too. i had contacted cic. i will tell u what they told me. they told me to enter the info like this.

City of birth: (Press spacebar only once, do not enter anything else in this field). but still enter country in specific field

Passport Number: (Please do not use this field)
Country of Issue: (Please do not use this field)
Issue date: (Please do not use this field)
Expiry date: (Please do not use this field)

try this and see if its works. worked for me and a few other people.

Decision made on SA side means that you have been approved as a Sponsor. You would have already got sponsorship email/letter. This is just the status update.
