Talking about india, your marriage is only valid if you both have divorced before . Your hus notorized divorce deed will be valid from whst i know ...but wait for more information from others or contact a lawyer

My lawyer(representatives) was able to link our application. I provided them with the search criteria. He was able to find my application and link it.

Hi!!
can u please provide what search criteria you provide to ur lawyer..
as i want to tell it to my lawyer to link my application..
Thank you.

What do you mean by notarized divorced? Is from court ? Or it's off court settlement? Read CIC manual for it

I was able to link my application using space in city of birth column.

Quick question.

Should i check or unchecked the box to receive monthly updates under my GIC account ?
I would like to receive an email update as soon as there is anything changed under my profile ?
Should i keep it unchecked then ?

Can someone please answer ?
Many Thanks

oh your welcome! I'm glad it worked for you!! :)

Honestly as per my knowledge CIC need court divorce judgement and court divorce decree. This already mentioned on check list. Talk to some consultant and find some views on it.

That's ok and understood, but I was just highlighting about your timeline which appears to be of 2013 on the left side of your profile ;)
