Hey Guys,

Do not expect anything from the changes coming in Fall for the spouse applicants specially Outland and specially for ndvo. Government is focusing on International Students... THEY JUST WANT TO FOCUS ON INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS AND PARENTS FILES ( which is called family unification).

Nobody even raised this issue in recent meeting at Brampton with immigration minister. Everyone was just talking about international students.

I am hoping for the best but not expecting a lot from liberals because expectations hurts .

Pray to God that's all we can do!

Q 5. What is the highest level of education you have completed? Number of years completed ?

My doubt
I have completed 4 years bachelor's and 2 year post graduate studies. So, for the number of years completed should I mention as 18 years or just 2 years of post graduate studies.

Q 8. Have you resided in countries other than Canada? If Yes. give the name of countries where you resided, your complete address, phone as well as period of residence in each address.


My Doubt
I have stayed only in India. I resided in India before coming to Canada. I stayed in India for straight 6 months during my PR processing and also for 2 months after I completed my landing process in Canada. So, for this specific question should I mentioned my stay in India form my 18 years of age or just the period stay in India after receiving my PR.

For the second question can you elaborate further? What I know is that one need to provide detailed information if someone has any travel history on passport in the last 10 years (or after 18 years) outside India.

I'm confused, whether I need to provide detailed travel history after 18 years along with my address of residence in each place (i.e. even those one or two day visits to the near by US cities) or just the travels which are long enough like 15 days of stay in other country. In my case, if I need to provide a detail travel history, as I was staying near a border city, I have made few frequent one day travels to US (go in the morning and comeback in the evening) and I have also been in US for a long weekends(3 days) for exploring the near by places and stayed in a motel. Do I need to mention these short travels too along with address of my stay?

In question 10 you just mention the countries where you stayed (RESIDED) for at least 6 months.
