I received my GCMS notes yesterday, didnt find anything other than sponsor approval notes. Since, I never received ARO2 from Delhi but was able to find spouse's UCI number from the notes. After logging in using the spouse UCI# was able to find additional line but ofcourse never received this acknowledge receipt from NDVO.

We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on May 31, 2016.

One of my friends received SA today and his file got forwarded to Mississauga.

His wife has never been out of India. Maybe, this is part of reducing backlog.

I have read somewhere in forum that when they say file forwarded to Mississauga its a mistake, so tell your friend to call them and confirm where its forwarded

So, is the mistake in SA email? Or in the process of forwarding?

Also worth noting that when he came with his family as a kid, his visa was processee by Paris VO (including interview) even though his father (main applicant) had never been out of India before.

Hey,
Even I was surprised to get the AOR 2 first and then the sponsorship approval. But I'm guessing this happened because AOR 2 came via email instantly and SA was sent to me via regular post, so got delayed.
Still, my AOR 2 is dated 30 May and my SA letter is dated 3rd June.

My case is similar to yours.
Does the notes say whether it was sent through email or mail?. If they sent it through mail, Its possible that it could have got lost.

Praying hard for all ndvo applicants to get your pr asap...
