Can you please address my concerns? dm since first week of May no email or no mail yet . what's next step? will they email me or mail.

When did you get DM? It does happen sometimes that PPR is received after a few weeks of DM. But it has also happened that the PPR is lost. I would suggest that if it had been 2 weeks from the DM, you meet your MP and ask his office to check with NDVO if they have already sent the PPR.

They have mentioned that "We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on April 20, 2016." This means they have already sent correspondence to Sponsor - this should be AOR1 sent on Apr 20.

So sponsor should have got the AOR1 email on Apr 20. Check your spam/junk if you don't see any email in inbox.
