Hello A&A I got DM on one day before u and DM on feb 14 Iam June 24 applicant but. I ppr still every one are getting ppr Iam worried now .

Don't worry. The last time I made an MP Enquiry after we received DM - the agent confirmed that everything looks good you just have to wait in the queue.
Trust me this will all work out.

If nothing then call the MP and ask them to enquire about this - If you don't hear anything from NDVO in a week.

I request all members to kindly suggest if my file is on correct path:

- File submitted to CIC: 31-Aug-2016
- Sponsor eligibility approval - 25-sep-2016
- Asked for landing fee and PCC - 31-oct-2016
- Application transfer to NDVO: 6-oct-2016 (the Application for Permanent Residence for your relative has been forwarded to the visa office in New Delhi for further processing)
- Current/last status on cic website: we started working on you file on 18-oct-2016

Questions:

1. which month/year files is being processed now days ?
2. what should be the "next stage/communication from CIC" and when should I expect that ?
3. I have read people talking about 'connecting application to GC KEY" - I have not connected the application to GCKEY, am I missing something important ?

Please suggest / help.

Welcome to thread. We are in line to start processing from NDVO. Connect your file with GC key. You will find how to do GC Key on this thread . Good Luck and keep posting if you see anything

Got DM on 22 Feb. How long will it take for PPR?

Also if someone can help explaining the process of passport submission at VFS? Documents needed & all.

Probably i am gonna submit at VFS Mumbai.

1~2 weeks tops, depending on certain time in the cycle you should get it in a 1 day to 10 days

Dumdum have u sent additional docs like pay stubs which you were talking abt few days ago. ? If yes do u think its just bcoz of that additional docs your bg started?

I am June 1 applicant still waiting for update. I connected to GCkey on 14 feb and from that day the BG check is in progress is shown. I don't know when it was updated and after that no update on the status.
I have raised GCMS notes but no reply on that as well. I am working here in India and planning to apply for tourist visa now. As my husbands birthday is coming in March and our wedding anniversary is in April. Is there any chances of rejection of tourist visa and will it impact my PR file.

GCMS usually takes 30 days to be answered, You are surely allowed to apply for TRV........You can ask your spouse to visit the MP office in your area and they can surely look into this and hopefully help you with it. One another route, you can surely call NDVO and see if they can get some light on it

Actually, cic has mistakenly generated its own medical id (though I was having my own Umi while upfront medical process). So, we sent the hard copies of my previously done medical which is not expired with the cover letter mentioning the same.

They have asked for the medical on Sat 18th feb and we sent them on Mon 20th feb and they received on 21st feb...

But my rep says after medical request it tKes around 3 months.. isnt it sad enough to hear that ?

I am very sorry to say, your rep is completely useless and it isn't fair to give you hopeless time lines.

i couldnt see any movements of July applicants.....only few......does this mean there are less number of july applicants????
