Hello Guys

I applied for my dependent son's sponsorship, he is in Canada with me. till now I have recieved sponsorship approval letter on 30th December 2016.

I am not sure if I will recive AOR2 or not from NDVO. In ECAS my status shows in progress and details are below. Any idea usually in how many day AOR2 comes which shows eligibily for PR.?

We received application for permanent residence on December 13, 2016.
We started processing application on January 16, 2017.
Medical results have been received.

AOR2 usually takes 3~5 weeks to show up in the email which you have provided on the form. You will receive AOR2, even though its computer generated, some one from NDVO will have to input your data to have that sent out to you. Your ECAS generally shows the information from your side. Once you receive AOR2, you will get UCI info of the applicant and you can input that in the ECAS info and get the updates for the principal applicant.

When to expect ppr!! Is it mean file alproved?

Decision made means, they have made a decision on your file. Wait for the follow up request for PPR which usually taking upto 15 days or some times more. From what we are observing, they are releasing PPRs in batches.

So quick update! I haven't been on mycic for weeks and weeks, decided to check today randomly ...and my bgc is in progress!!! I am in shock... lols! Didnt expect to see that at all and no idea when the status changed coz I didn't get any notification on email to say there is an update!

So happy to see this! Congrats!!! Ray of hope for lots of later applicants. Does this possibly mean that there are not that many June applicants ?

Its noted here that usually the ECAS updates even before the MyCiC.....this week looks promising so hang in there

Hey can nybody tell me why NDVO is not updating about medical on ecas but this problem is only for few cases....hope for the best

Facing a same issue I am June 20 Applicant and my medical is not updated yet.

Nah! I don't think so.. Sometimes it's just luck.... Stay hopeful
