These Red Flags are previously generated concerns by the Voice Officer, when an applicant applies for the GCMS Notes towards their application. So these concerns were share my the forum members and someone just started calling them RED FLAGS.

Some of the concerns of the VO were Second Marriage ; Huge age difference ; Incomplete Divorces ; Custody of the previous partners child etc etc.

Thanks.. Hope this helps!!!!

Thanks for the reply...

Do you think marrying to someone outside your religion can also be considered Red flag?? My husband is French Canadian... I just got concerned..
But at the same time I feel if the marriage is genuine then one should not worry.

Praying to hear from NDVO soon...

Got decision made on 23 Dec, received PPR on 4 Jan and passport back on 6 Jan

Ok I am a bit worried again... we dropped passport on the 23 Dec to VFS in Delhi. And still don't have it back! You got it back in 2 days only?

Yes, infact i am also surprised by such a speed and have already booked flight for 23 Jan assuming it will take at-least 7-10 days as mentioned by they guy sits at the counter. You didn't get any SMS that passport has been forwarded to Canada Visa Office? That's quite strange and you opted for courier services or not?

Don't worry...you will get it soon. Wish you luck :)

Well congratulations.. Looking at your file the new 12 months processing time seems to be holding up. Once the decisions are made things move faster. It's great that NDVO is following the CIC target timeline.

Very Happy for you Finally!

Guys,

Got the passport back with shiny visa stamp within 48 hrs after the submission at VFS Delhi. This was one of quickest process i have got so far with NDVO. Nevertheless...it's true "What was due to happen, has happened"

Thanks Almighty God and all dear friends on this forum for providing strength and positivity to let this tough phase of life passed. Also thanks for your suggestions and all kind of help during this time.

Hope all will reunite to their spouse very soon and wish you all a very healthy and prosperous life ahead :)
Happy married life, welcome to Canada

Hey,

Please wait for another 2 months I am sure things will be over by them for June Applicants. Applying for TRV and having the rejection on your file is not advised for. I so understand the wife is pregnant, but your file is so close to approval they might reject it, considering how many months your wife is pregnant.

Please wait if not then you can always try your luck!

Good Luck and Congratulation for the baby.
