Hi everyone...

Just wondering when we talk about having Red Flags in an application, is it something that we decide on our own??
I mean,to decide if a situation is a "Red Flag" situation..
Or, is it something that is somehow mentioned to us by someone in the immigration??

What are the possible Red Flags?? I read "AGE" is one of them

Hope I am not confusing...

Immediately in 5 days for rejected ones... And the rejection always reflects on the UCI not that it has any say in the PR process but the rejection stays...

These Red Flags are previously generated concerns by the Voice Officer, when an applicant applies for the GCMS Notes towards their application. So these concerns were share my the forum members and someone just started calling them RED FLAGS.

Some of the concerns of the VO were Second Marriage ; Huge age difference ; Incomplete Divorces ; Custody of the previous partners child etc etc.
