Your rep wont see any updates on the GCKey as it's a personal page for each applicant.
What you see DM is ECASE which every applicant has with a representative or without.

Congratulation once again and I hope you see the PPR email asap

Ask your rep to sign into the agent portal http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/e-services/portal.asp
and add your application to his login.

This way you too could see your GCkey like the one in my signature. What Rupinder mentioned the DM is accessible to all via ECASE.

Hi guys I have interview on 25 January in New Delhi visa office by the time my wife and16 months old daughter will be in India too so I want to know that is it ok if our daughter join us on interview because she is infant and we can't left her home with my parents so please advise me that we can attend all three interview or me and my wife need to go?

To those who submitted their passport to Bangalore how many days approx will it comes back? My husband is in Middle East right now. He will go to India for submission, jus in time for his vacation leave at work starting next week but he's got 3 weeks only.

Btw, is there an attachment in the ppr email because there's none in the email he received.

Congratulation.... No there is no attachment in the PPR email. Just print that email and take 2 photos and anything mentioned in the email.

basically from what i can understand, our file has not been touched since it was transferred to delhi in july, im a may 4th applicant
medical was expired on dec 30th but it says due date 2017/05/24, dunno what that means
and what does undertaking length mean?

Due date, i am assuming, means the time line they would take to complete your file for a decision or a time they have set before which your file needs to have reach a decision.
Undertaking length - Honestly cant even speculate.

Finally....I got PPR email after a long long wait today at 10.21 IST and also submitted my passport around 14:00 IST at VFS Delhi. It was easy process there. Much relived now and wants to thank God for one of the best news so far of 2017

Below is detailed timelines:
1. Submitted/ Received PR application: 19-Feb-2016
2. AOR1: 18-Mar-2016
3. AOR2: 4-Apr-2016
4. Additional document request: 6-Oct-2016
5. Re-medical request: 1-Dec-2016
6. Background check went in progress in GCKEY: 6-Dec-2016
7. Decision Made on ECAS for applicant: 22-Dec-2016
8. PPR Email: 4-Jan-2017
9. Passport submitted at VFS Delhi: 4 Jan-2017

Note: MyCIC still says "A background check is needed - In Progress" and Review of eligibility-Review in Progress"

I got ppr Mail doday ,and I am going to canada with trv visa jan19 send the passport in canada,thank you all support me and with each other, I wish you all good luck, fast process to get ppr and Dm .

Congrats to you, pretend dumb at the port of entry when they ask you as to why you are coming on TRV after your case have been approved, i am assuming that CIC and CBSA are interconnected and they would know if you file has been approved or denied for Immigration.

Just a word of caution thats all, dont mean to startle you

I have a query
I am in Canada right now, and my wife is in Singapore.
Passport has to be submitted to vfs in India, so I am going to collect my wife's passport from Singapore and submit at vfs Bangalore. Since she can't get holidays for the time being.
So when I submit the passport for her should I bring anything with me to the vfs other than passport, photos and fee.
Any input is appreciated.

Carrying someones passport is not legal even if they are your blood relatives, please have the stamping done in Canadian High commission in Singapore, thats all i would say. Just like people who are in Canada on TRV get their file moved to Ottawa or their local office.

Please take your daughter with you. It would be insane for NDVO to make an issue of it.
