Hi there
Your question is not clear to me.
I suppose your sister put the wrong DOB at the family background form when she was sponsored for her application.
And now you are being sponsored under family class sponsorship.
Is that right?

In that case generally speaking you wouldn't be in trouble.
Only if you have all the supporting documents handy.
By which I mean the birth certificate, identity documents etc.
But it also depending on the officer who processes your file.
I would say apply for GCMS notes right away.
In case of any kind of misinterpretation noted, GCMS notes would mention that.

I can't say when to expect PPR. But may be by the end of January or February half if everything is fine.
But apply for GCMS notes to make sure that there are no complications and the case is straightforward.

No. Apply for GCMS notes now itself I would say.
My application was straightforward but complicated, but I got to know that CIC has no suspicions on my file and marriage from gcms notes.
Apply for GCMS notes and you will find out if you need to send additional documents and if your file is straightforward.
Please type and search for the procedure to apply for gcms notes in tthisforum itself. There is info.

It still get transferred to the local visa office, even if there is suspicions.
According to the experts on GCMS notes, sponsor's eligibility is checked at CPC in Canada, the same officer in CPC Canada does a borderline check on the principal applicant for any black listable information. And if the officer found anything wrong the info is passed to the officer at the local visa office.
You get that information only from gcms notes.
