Hi All,

I want to update one of my forms on this June 2016 application.

My GCKey states that Review of submitted documents Provided

My Previous TRV was refused and this was before the current first time PR application and I failed to understand a question fully in the Schedule Background questionnaire, where they asked " have you been refused refugee status, migration or PR visa (.......) and then asked tourist visa/ TRV.
I selected NO. Understanding there were no previous refusal to for PR application, but should have selected YES considering the TRV rejects.

I am a citizen of Canada and sponsoring my Spouse. We are debating whether or not to send them the corrected form with the explanation.

What should I do, I know that the PR and TRV applications are handled separatly, but still want to know your thoughts, kindly help, we are trying not to panic.

Even i have done like you. I think i hadn't read properly by that time just now came to knew abt it after seeing your msg.
So the think is i got my uci no. Same as rejected trv uci no. Both are same. I think no need to remind they will come to know ant how. Its by mistake. So check your uci no. With rejected trv uci no. You can come to know abt it.

I did send e-medical copy to DELHIIMMIGRATION@international.gc.ca and infact kept CPCM-EXTCOM@cic.gc.ca,
Client-update-mise-a-jour@cic.gc.ca also in loop.

My questions are:
1. Should I FedEx the hard copy of the same along with cover letter to High Commission of Canada, Visa Section , New Delhi 110021, India as well?
2. Will it make any confusion related to UMI and IME ? Hope upfront re-medical is accepted at this stage and will not create any doubt in their mind?

Please contact CIC over the phone and take their guidance as well, talking to MP also helps but they wont be able to guide you, they will have to call CIC as well. But surely taking initiative first works in your best interest.

I have taken an appointment with the MP tomorrow. If I am not satisfied with what she does for me, I will call CIC and see what they suggest. I had recently called them to update my Husbands address, but they insist that we contact the NDVO regarding this application in the future, as the file has been transferred to them already.

CIC when called always asks where the file is and if only its with them they do something about it.

You should send them the corrected form but you should contact your mp first. Take his guidance. It will cause a problem if they feel the info on the form is not correct. Will delay your file needlessly.

Follow the email instructions as mentioned by Varadar and i am sure that this is a timing thing by where your medicals might not have reached the right personal and their request left the office may 1-2 days apart. Plus i am sure the medical facility sent those reports with your passport information and UCI which you had given them.

But be sure to call CIC (to let them know) and follow up on those emails asap

Please don't bother with re-medical gain. The request of re-medical from them and you doing it ahead of request was off by +/- a week. Just make sure they acknowledge it that they have received the new ones

If they are going to be a complete ass to you in saying, NOPE YOU HAVE TO DO IT AGAIN, till then just pursue to reach them in telling then that you had foreseen this happening and you got it done any way.

Plus when the medical office submitted the new reports, the dates have been changed any way.

Don't worry about medical Aditya. My husband did medical without their request and it was accepted and updated in my cic after 2 or weeks. So I think there shouldn't be any issue

Any Active Members can specify the photo requirements .It is very confusion 50mm * 70 mm. Or 35mm*45 mm.
