Helo senior members please can you enlighten...me i got passport request and was asked to fill the IMM5669 form . I included previous visa refusals UK which I didnt put in my initial application although I checked YES. and I forgot the US in the new form I just submitted would that be a problem?

Does the background process, PCC, get impacted if we change the current address for the PA as they have moved during the waiting of the application?

On 19-Sep, I responded in email to Passport Request from NDVO stating I am currently in USA and requested change in visa office for stamping and also that I am pregnant with expected confinment in Jan 2017, asked if I can send passport after Jan 2017 so as to add child to my application. I have not heard back from NDVO since. They had mentioned in PPR email to submit passport within 30 days. I'm confused what to do now. Any ideas when can I expect a response from the visa office and if not sending a passport within 30 days (by Oct 18) will cause any problem with my application. Kindly advice. Thanks.

Send the passport first, if you or Canadian citizen you can get child travel passport ofter that, if you or Pr then you can add your child in Pr application.
If you or Canadian you can not sponcer your child that is long way to go, look in th web side for childran proof of citizenship .
If you or Canadian then your childran will be Canadian first generation only ,look in cic web side very carefully.

If you or Canadian you can apply child Canadian proof of citizenship and the passport in the Empassy where the child live ,you have to go to the Empassy and show the original of yours citizenship and the passport ,look the web side do not make mistake on delay,

Also it says Complete ALL NAMES IN ENGLISH AND IN NATIVE LANGUAGE" Do I (the sponsor) and my sponsored spouse have to write our names in english and in our native language? Please reply asap. I applied online as well on last week of September. In-fact, based on how NDVO started picking up in early September, I cancelled my plan to apply for a TRV. I assumed they will speedup processing. But I was wrong. I wish at-least they can give us TRV.

I was positive to get ppr in September but u never know... some of feb-march guys are still waiting
getting TRV has like 50% chance
