Hi, I sent an inquiry email to MP on August 19th and got reply yesterday. But it is not much informative, same as whatever in the GCkey. Still you can give a try.

In order to check the status of you application through email, you need to give the following information.
Your last name, your date of birth, your country of birth
Your sponsor’s full name, address in Canada and a phone number for your sponsor.

Hi all i am feb 18 2016 applicant and still waiting for any update pa side still in process and never received aor2
Its getting so frustrating now do not know what to do

Well, I am Feb 19 applicant and there is no update from NDVO after file reached on April 4......background check process not started yet...very very disappointing

Can you please share your detailed timeline and make sure to add in the spreadsheet as well?

My med expires in jan too thats why am sad lol

My medical is going to expire in December, what if they don't give PPR by then....what is going to be the next step? I am very much worried now.........Does anyone has/or had such situation?

I got DM made on ECAS just now. No email notification or anything. GC key still showing Back Check in process. No PPR yet.

Just letting u know that that message indicates that an officer opened your application and start working on it. So many congratulations am happy for you
It will be beneficial for all of us if u share ur tomeline as i couldn't get it from seeing ur old post...usually i dont ask for it i just find out from the older posts ty

Apparently no, both are same and it refers that PA has cleared the medical assessment requirement

"Blank" for me as well. Don't worry about it because it would have been something there if they would have asked any additional documents from you.

Congratulations Chetan,

Guys lets be patient I believe there are others who are not on this forum so they also must be getting some good updates.

As Johnnybegood had told one of his frnd got update couple of weeks ago and is not on this forum.

I am hoping lot of us on this forum will hear some good news soon enough. Next week as the trent suggest that friends on this forum will hear something soon.
