Sponsor side eCAS changed to Decision made, but not received any email

Hi,

In my case, sponsor side status is changed to "Decision Made" 2 days back, but the sponsor haven't received any email yet. Sponsor is from Quebec. So will MICC contact sponsor for CSQ? or CIC also sends some acknowledgement?

Is this normal?

However, PA got AOR2.

How many days CHC Banglore office take to get TRV ? I submitted on 2016/08/08 but no status yet . Any idea ?

I submitted on July 28, at vfs ahmedabad. It still says processing at bangalore. I guess that 33 days, is actually 33 working days.
