hey everyone,
so me nd my wife decided that we will meet in dubai, so as we planned a trip aug21-29, with less hope in trv and long wait ofc,
but before going there i also took a chance for trv and applied on aug 12th.
on our last day of trip we both were sad as didnt know when we will meet again nd how.
guess what i got mail in my ecas saying submit passport for trv application.
so finally she sent her passport yesterday nd hoping for good news.....

Also, for Jan-May 2016 applicants, since we now know NDVO is making progress on Spousal applications, what do you all suggest if we should wait a little bit more with high hopes or just go ahead with local MP inquiry if it's possible.?

Hi thakkarc, can you please share the details of the application and what all did you submit to get the TRV? This is pertaining to how did you position the invitation letter, and show the duration of the trip?

Hi All,

My info for spousal sponsorship is as under:
Application Date: March 29, 2016.
AOR from NDVO: May 16, 2016.

My husband applied for my PR when I was in India. I moved to USA on work visa in April 2016. Do I need to inform NDVO that I have moved to USA. If yes, how?
When I receive PPR request, should I courier my passport to India from USA or am I supposed to be in India at that time.
Also, now that I am in USA, do I need to provide PCC from USA.

Please suggest. Thanks

Hi,

But when and how do we get anything in paper from the Delhi Police?.Our certificate is just uploaded online in the delhi police website.right?

I'm not sure if the uploaded document is considered as original one. Maybe someone who received PCC from Delhi police can put some light here.

thank you it worked, but they have not updated my husbands new passport number it opened up with his old passport details which have expired, so what am i suppose to do?

You can make a case specific enquiry / request and send them all the details of new passport including scanned copy of first and last pages. Hope it helps.
