So linking the application online doesn't make any difference. Is that what you mean?johnybegood said:You either get a email from my cic or a regular aor 2 email from ndvo.as u could link your application you can expect it anytime from nowhere
Only CIC can answer thatADITYA VASHISHTHA said:Guys,
Just saw excel and found that more than half of the people (19 out of 31) whose application received between 2 Feb 2016 and 14 March 2016 got their PR in no more than 4 months.
Is it practically possible? If yes, then what are the basis? How can NDVO be selective in taking up the files?
Thanks

Hello jonybegood, johnybegood said:It wont be a biggie if he already resides Canada
Yeag i get that i didnt say just explanation but like u guys said he can prove he is planning to live in canada by anything that he owns ir does in canada which is not a big deal for him to show the proofs ..tyfarhana766 said:Hello jonybegood,
He is Canadian citizen but he stayed in India 2009 to 2015. For this reason the visa office ask him what is his intention to re-establish in Canada. The reason is that he sponsors his wife, if he is not live in Canada why he sponsors his wife. So he has to proof the re-establish in Canada. For this purpose explanation is not enough for this, he needs to supportive letter as a proof that now a day he live in Canada and his intention to build up a happy family life in Canada with his Children and wife.
