Actually there was one applicant who got refused as he/she was staying in india from one year , so i was wondering how come he/she didn't return since PR gets expired after a specific duration when you are outside of canada
Thanks for sharing this info but sorry to say there is nothing like staying for 2 year in canada and then you can go out of canada .New_User said:PR don't get expire if you live outside of Canada for one year....Condition on PR is you have to live for at least 2 year in Canada in 5 years from the date you get your PR....PR person can go out of country but the number of days in 5 years from the date person get a PR should be 730.

Re-enter data and use Protect Range option so that no one else other than you or file owner can make changes to your information.amans2515 said:I don't know who is messing up the spreadsheet I cannot see my name in there. Admin, could you please check?
If you are a PR, I'd suggest you keep your visit to India for 3-4 weeks. Anything more than that may look like you are not living in Canada and may create potential risk for your application.dondsw said:hey guys I am planing to go to India for 3-4 months. What are my options?
Or just plan in below 2 months. Any help appreciated.
