Hello,

I am another 2016 applicant.

CIC received my application on the 10th May and I got the first email for case# on May 28. Since then, I have not received any communication from CIC but my application status changed from "Application Received" to "In process" yesterday, July 7. Should I call CIC to ask about the file transfer to NDVO and my spouse's UCI?

I would suggest you to wait for another week and then call them. Who's details are you using to check your ecas? sponsor or PA? As you have seen some update in your online status, you should expect further communication from them soon. Generally they say it to communicate in 20 days of SA. but take around a week only. Hope it helps.

Someone I know that applied in March received additional document request from NDVO to submit more photos.

It seems NDVO has gone to slow mode. There is no major update.
The guys are not processing TRVs also

Hi!!

It's very frustrating.. my change of adress has been changed since month through my agent. but its not showing in my E-cas.
even my new passport has also been updated. is there any way i can check it out.
as i am trying to do Case specific inquiry & it's asking for E-mail id..
what e-mail id should i mentioned?
its mine or agent's?

I got my address changed on 13th day of request. Make sure your representative requested it. Wait for at least one month from the date of request. Then see.

From what i heard about the ios returned from middle east to ndvo on jun 20th might have started processing of 2016 applications and we might start hearing from cic soon......hope for the best

Buddy the goal is to see your application status online that u are able to access
If your spouse is the sponsor sometimes it take a while to update but pa side always get updated first
