Thanks dude and congrats on your wife's TRV.T.Rex87 said:Congrats bro !! have a wonderful life ahead.
Most probably CIC will not ask question on that. They are not bothered about your commitment to home country. They just give you a date before which you must land and how you manage it, is up to you.quebec_vasi said:hi guys,
I have a question regarding my spouse sponsership application. my wife she is a degree student and she will complete her final year exams in May 2017. I applied for PR this month. Will there be any questions asked, like how you are planning to go to Canada before June 2017. If they ask what would be the best answer we can give. I appreciate any kind of suggestions or experiences. Thanks in advance!
You don't have to provide the bank statement of the PA for the PR application. The statements of the sponsor should be submitted.quebec_vasi said:Do we need to provide bank statements showing funds along with the application? Or we need to gather these documents if we have an interview??
For visitor visa application in spousal case, both sponsor and principal applicant have to show their bank statements for last few months (4-6 months). There's no such minimum limit set by CIC but it has be sufficient enough to support your stay in Canada.farazkapadia said:What should be the minimum funds to be shown in bank for visitor visa. People who successfully got visit visa, please share the figure in INR. Thanks.
One more thing I would like to add regarding funds. whatever funds I showed in my application, I provided proof for them. like for my account, I showed my job letter and pay stubs for few months so they get an idea with this salary I could have this amount in my account. similarly when money was added to my wife's account from her father, we added an affidavit from him showing how much he gave money to his daughter and for what reason. this way we justified a big deposit in her account otherwise they might get suspicious.T.Rex87 said:For visitor visa application in spousal case, both sponsor and principal applicant have to show their bank statements for last few months (4-6 months). In our case, Myself as sponsor provided my bank statements showing all the CAD I have here. I showed my wife's account with approx. $6000 which is sufficient for stay for 3 weeks in Canada. earlier I didn't show much amount in my wife's account and they refused for the same reason. ( all bank balance plus air fair and other travelling expenses - you may explain all in detail so they are clear about it. I wrote a specific letter addressing to CIC regarding financial support for my wife showing all fully paid air tickets, medical ins. hotel bookings etc. )
but anyways both sponsor and visitor must be financially strong enough.
Hope gives you an idea.
Goodluck !
