When did your file transferred to Delhi

PA is in process means they are working or they will start working on your file soon

Hope they will give decision soon I m June 2016 applicant

I got the email from NDVO this morning.
Our app was received on Nov 22 2016 and they started processing in Jan 2017

Not sure what their email really means as it's confusing when they say we will start working.

If anyone shares the same experience please reply

Also, if you know how much time it would take after this email for those who already received their PPR.
