Hello,
I recently have submitted my spousal application(outland) in april 2017.I just got married and have changed my surname which shows on my new indian passport but the application was sent with the old pr card showing my maiden name but i have my current name in the application as the new name.Is it okay if i send cic another application to have my new name on the pr card.Would it affect my sponsorship application or should i wait for the sponsorship to get approved and also what is the normal timeline for getting aor for april applicants ,if any.

If it shows medical results recieved on ecas does it mean they are passed? I am just wondering because I don't have access to mycic since I have a representative.

In my case it showed as Passed in MyCiC when i had medical results recieved on ecas.

Does anyone have any idea on How CPC-Ottawa will react on TRV visa if applicant send passport for PR visa stamping and COPR ?

Are they gonna cancel it once they issue One time immigration visa with COPR? Does anyone have idea on it ?

Yes they will cancel TRV & will issue PR.

I suggest you to wait because you've already submitted the application - wait for sponsorship approval

Sponsor approved on - June 28, 2016
File reached Delhi office - July 29,2016
Upfront medical done in May 2016 and submitted with the initial application.
However CIC web shows medical received on April 05,2017.

Last update : Medical received - April 05,2017

My application has been acted terrible by NVDO people!
Are there people from May 2016 waiting like me?

Yes, they will cancel any other Canadian visa that you may have.This is primarily to reflect on the fact that one can not have multiple statuses in Canada. As you have mentioned, CoPR is essentially a SINGLE entry visa, it is further canceled once you cross the Canadian border. Hope that helps.
