Hey Guys,

I have received request from CIO to submit my documents to New Delhi.
I have prepared my check list which needs to ne sent to New Delhi.
I have applied under 0213 NOC code for Computer Systems Manager.
Please check if am right and lemme know if i miss anything.

* A copy of the Mail
* Application for Permanent Residence in Canada [IMM 0008]
* Schedule 1: Background/Declaration [IMM 0008 SCHEDULE 1]
* Additional Family Information [IMM 5406]
* Schedule 3: Economic Classes [IMM 0008 SCHEDULE 3]

Birth Certificates
* Transfer Certificate from my Chennai School
* 10th Standard Certificate is valid for my Birth Certificate

Travel Documents and Passports
* Create a MS-Excel document and add all the information of the Countries visited

Educational Certificates
* Notarized copies of class Xth and XII th Certificates and Mark sheets
* Notarized copies of all certificates like PMP, CCNA, OCSP etc
* Transcripts of Bachelors Degree in University sealed envelope.
* Notarized copies of Bachelor Degree

Work Experience
* Notarized Employment Contracts of all the Employers
* Reference Letters
** Period of Employment
** Responsibilities
** Annual Salary
** Signature of HR Department
** Business Card of the Person Signing

Language Proof
* IELTS Certificate Original

Settlement Funds
* Bank Certificate

PCC
* Police Clearance Certificate

Fees
* Demand draft of Canadian 450$ in INR

Please help me....Did i miss anything ?????

BOSS ,
make a point very clear in your mind that if they have asked you BIRTH CERTIFICATE then you have to provide the same no TC or any other stuff shall work. You have to get it done.. i have my cousin case issue whose case was denied because of Birth Certificate ....hence take care from now only....

1. Attach a filled copy of checklist in "E37029 Visa Office Specific Form - NewDelhi".
2. RPRF fee is CAD 490 per adult (not CAD 450) payable in CAD or INR.
3. Copies of all pages of current passport and previous passports (if you have old expired passports). These do NOT have to be notarized.
4. In case you are married then you also need to submit "Schedule 1: Background/Declaration [IMM 0008 SCHEDULE 1]" and "Additional Family Information [IMM 5406]" for spouse. If you have children then one set of these forms for each child.
5. Not sure if school Transfer Certificate OR class X marksheet can be used in lieu of birth ceritifcate. If you have time, I'd suggest you apply to Registrar of Birth / Municiplaity in city you were born and get a birth certifcate. If it is in regional language, then get a notarized copy of translation to english.

Add one more : 6 photos as per specifications in E37029 Visa Office Specific Form - NewDelhi.
The photos should NOT be pasted in form. You need to mention name, DOB and Date photo taken on reverse of photo

Give minimum 3 months statement not certificate it might not work sometimes so give a full proof case

If it is RPRF then it is either 21440 INR payable to Canadian High Commission or CAD 410

Theee are some threads which states that we can provide other documents in replace of Birth certificate

Seniors....Please help....
Can i show 10th Certificate/Passport/Transfer Certificate from my School/Affidavit for my Birth Certificate ????

Hi,


The birth certificate ( and also Surname/family name) problem is very common in India.
If your birth was not registered in the area where you were born, you can prepare a solemn affidavit from the Notary Public (or Magistrate) stating that your birth was not recorded and therefore a certificate is not availabe.
Your high School/SSC certificate , (which indicate the Date of birth, father's name and place ) should be notarized and attached with the affidavit, in lieu of the birth certificate.

Hi, I have been with the same employer ( 5 and a half years ) since I got placed after my MBA.
I have held two different positions with them.

Now, in the form,do I just mention the current designation ( and add the documents confirming appraisals etc for the 2nd stage) or should I specifially mention the same employer twice with the respective designations/dates on the form ?

irshad2005, it will be a good idea to add a cover letter giving explanations wherever needed. Also, your self-assessed points calculation for each factor and the total.

hey irshad,
i mailed to the new delhi visa office regarding birth certificate issue,and they told me too attach my 10th certificate,notarized copy of my pan card ,a transfer certificate of my college will be enough.
thts wht m going to do,will be inshallah sending it in a day or two .
