Hi friends! is there anybody who is dealing with the issue of sponsor investigation.

it is sometime done by CIC in case it is the sponsor's second marriage. They try to find out if the first marriage of the sponsor was a genuine one or a MOC.

Im not dealing with it, but I have heard about it before. I don't know exactly what is done, but I know that in cases where the sponsor has sponsored before, they will definetely look back into the original marriage to see if there was something they missed that could have indicated that it was a MoC and that they erred themselves. They are definetely more careful the second time around.

you are right Lisa. They are more careful second time.
