NEW DELHI - AFTER MEDICAL STATUS - JOIN HERE

Hi all,

Please guide if anyone has come across situation like me -

Sponsored my Mom & Dad in 2008
File received at CPC-M - July 2008
File transfered to New Delhi - May 2012
Letter received to go for Medical & submit Passports - Nov 2012

My mom came to Canada as a visitor on Nov 21st 2012 but back home they received letter to go for medical & submit passport on Nov 26th 2012. This is the final step for High Commission New Delhi to conclude the file. They have provided 60 days to submit everything. What's the best for my Mom: -
1. go back to India ASAP, go for medical & submit all documents without any delay OR
2. ask High Comm, New Delhi to extend time period from 60 days so that my Mom can spend some time here in Canada with us as my wife is pregnant with our 2nd child OR
3. go for medical here in Canada and send her passport via post.

Any suggestion would be highly appreciated. Thanks!

You cannot send passport via post to other country as per the law.
And this almost the last stage to get visa, so best is go to India, get your medicals done and send your passport.
Let it be simple to get it done fast.
