Ministerial instruction – I, FSW category ( NOC 4131 – Training Manager) in April 2010. Following are my details:

First set of Documents were sent to Sydney, Nova Scotia: 31 March 2010

First file number received date: 24 June 2010

IELTS: 7.5

Second sent of documents sent to New Delhi VO: 15 October 2010

Second file number received date after couple of inquiries : 03 March 2011

Now with the same update - Decision Made like many others Apr 2010 applicants

Hoping we all will hear some good news soon.....

What kind of inquiries ?

i never recvd my 2nd file no. in the beginning, sometime in Jan my E-Case changed to In-Process aftre few days i was not able to access my E-cas. Aftre couple of inquiries they replied me back with the new file no. starting with E. Was able to login with the new E no. but status again changed bk to Application Received. Now in Nov same as all AR and DM without my address.
