my cousin got Aor in April and i checked his file status and it's saying decision made? do you know what is the next step??
When will he get PPR?

Wednesday we submitted the passport at Jalandhar n we got call today that our passport is ready for pickup tomorrow...

Jst wondering are they dat fast in issuing VISA like seriously

well its just printing a piece of paper nothing else if all the decision is been already made

Sep 2015 applicant.. Interview on 07th Nov 2016. Appl approved..
Passport/ PCC/ Remedical collected imm after interview by NDVO
Is anyone in a similar situation..
How do they send back the the passport.. if it through VFS or by Courier?
ECAS still says in process.. GCKEY says medical passed, Background check in progress.

This was quick, my sis visa stamped yesterday Wednesday she is gonna land here in bc...
 
Dear All,

We We received passport back from New-Delhi with IM-1 VISA.

The COPR (Confirmation of Permanent residence) has a condition... 51: must cohabit in a conjugal relationship with your sponsor for contentious period of 2 years after the day on which became PR. I guess this was applicable to newly married couple / without children, but we are married since ~5 years, have 2 kids in common (1st born in India and 2nd in Canada).

How this condition effects ?

the PR card would be issued for first 2 years ?
Should we be required to update CIC upon completion of 2 years ?

Should we contact NDVO and Request for clarification/correction ?

Hi punjabi1986,

Yes we had our interview in July and we submitted our medical at the same time but we still received a new remedical request about a month later but we didn't have to do another one.

Does anyone have a similar experience with getting a passport request letter but asking them to get the stamping done in another country other than the one requested for in the letter? We currently have in our letter saying submit it to New Delhi visa office but my husband does not live in India and we would like the stamping to be done in Australia. Wondering if anyone else has asked in the past to get their stamping done in another country and how long it has taken the Immigration to respond back and have they usually done that?

Does anybody know if I can just email NDVO scanned photocopies of the remedical or does it have to be hard copy? (it was an eMedical by the way) Thank you!
 
Need suggestions.. I have already completed 19 months process and everything is clear . But still I dint get any update like no DM and not PPR .. Now wat should I do ??? I didn't case specific enquiry but didn't get any reply .. ... Need ur help and suggestions ..

Hello buddy, same boat here me too and I am 24 months...everything completed...I want to see what other will suggest..
