NEW DELHI - 2015 SPOUSAL VISA APPLICANTS

Dear All, Can anyone advise, how one can submit original passport at VFS-India on behalf ?

Applicant doesn't reside in India, but the passport request letter is to submit original passport at VFS-India.

Does anyone have any experience in submitting & collecting passport at VFS-india on behalf (like Father, brother, ....) ? Please advise.

Hello All,

I have done with my interview. Below are list of question -

My wife brother name & his last relationship
What does my wife do for living
what is her salary
what is her father does
Who is her friends
what is her boss name
what is her co-worker name

Visa officer satisfied of my relation. He didn't ask for remedical, coz it is still valid. he said, you would hear from us in coming few weeks.

Hope few weeks is not like few months

I guess if this thing is mention in ur file to submit ur passport in India Thn u have to submit .. And if u r in Canada on visiter only in that case they give u option to submit it in Canada or India 2nd thing our file is in India . U cn ask any law Abt this ... Wat this ur current address on file that does metter wat I feel ...

Ur parents cn recive ur passport but only in that case if u r present in India but unable to receive and dear vfs will not submit ur passport without applicant present ... M 100% sure abt it ..

No possibility for kids to come to Canada. Kids are foreign citizen .

Vfs fees is 1008 rs including courier charges and SMS alert service.. And you have to reach Canada before your visa expiry date and it should be valid for 6month or the date of medical expiry which ever is earlier.I got visa with a validity of my medical expiration date..

I am 7-Oct-2015 applicant still waiting for PPR.
-- Interview waived as per the notes.
-- Re-medical done on 7-Oct-2016
-- Decision made on sponsor's side from 14 sep 2016
-- File is in background check as per the MP inquiry done on 4-Nov-2016.

Feeling helpless.
