Yes she has travel history she was in usa for 10 years and kenya for 2 years they want to know where she lived in us and how long at particular address

This happened with me as well. I travelled to 5-6 countries and they asked for the address of each stay period. You need to provide all the addresses with dates of stay.

Thanks.

Hi guys!!

I just got an update from my MP today and very disheartened. We are Feb 2015 applicants and everything has been cleared and the file is just in queue for a final review which we were earlier told took place and now we are told it is still in queue..so wrong information was provided by CIC to the MP in the first place. But now they have said that because of the volume of applications that are at the same stage as ours (i.e. file in queue for a final review), it can take upto Feb/Mar 2017 to get a PPR. And I am sharing this for all of you waiting for a PPR who have been told by their MP that their file is in queue for a review. Be prepared to hear something in the new year only because the volume of applications apparently is huge for reviews to happen. And MP office also said that because Oct is a festive season in India, people may have taken time off (i.e. vacation or such) to spend with their families hence even more of a delay!! Feeling so disheartened today!! I wish I could go kill the visa officers in New Delhi!

I got an email from NDVO .They actually replied to my email enquiry regarding status of application. How long does Final Review Take?

This is in response to your email to the Immigration Section of the High Commission of Canada in New Delhi.

The application is currently in the queue for final review. It will be reviewed in accordance with its place in the queue for applicants in this category and will be finalised.

We trust that this information will be of assistance.

Yeah this is the status for a lot of applicants currently. Read my post above regarding what the MP said for people waiting in queue for a review.

NDVO could not have been more vague, why do they even bother replying to you...

This is quite disheartening, to wait just because the file needs to be finalized is ridiculous. Have people not waited enough, do people have to put their lives on hold just so someone can get enough time to finalize files. This liberal government has done nothing to improve the situation. I don't understand why there is a cap on spousal sponsorship in the first place.. I'm sure they have prolly reached their yearly cap
And are told to slowdown for the rest of the year.

Spousal sponsorship do not have a Cap, please can you provide a link to the page where it says so ??
